The 2026-2027 school year will be my 34th year in this wonder field of education. I earned my Bachelor of Science degree in Business Education at McNeese State University, Masters in Education at Belhaven University, and a Specialist in Education Technology at Walden University. This will be my 12th year as an educator in Aldine ISD. I have had the privilege of working at MacArthur Ninth Grade during my first four years.
Becoming a team member at Blanson CTE as heightened my love for working with students. Being part of a school that “produces career and college ready citizens equipped to respond to the global workforce demand” has been my journey since my first day as an educator. Assisting students in realizing their passion for certain careers and acquiring local business partners that allow us to provide expanded resources and greater access and exposure to industry training and needs is a dream job.
