Hundreds of students across the Houston area advanced to the regional science event, all vying to head to the state competition.

A number of Aldine ISD students advanced from the district-level science contest to the regional event, the Science and Engineering Fair (SEF) of Houston. SEF judges recently named the winners and special award recipients. Among them were 14 students.
